Performance Marketing / Online Advertising Associate (Part Time / Contract)

Do you have experience getting results with Facebook Ads, Google/BING ads and 3rd party display vendors? Have you worked with email marketing and/or chatbots to create automated follow-ups? Do you understand what websites need to have in place to capture and generate leads? If so, read on!

This role supports ownership and the account management team. It is a client facing role (mostly email correspondence), but the core workload will be creating and managing digital campaigns to generate results.  85% of this role will be remote – no need for a commute or grinding a 9 to 5.  It could be a great moonlight gig if you work full time in the agency world or client side in the marketing department.

Here’s what some of the responsibilities include:

  • Creating, managing and optimizing online ad campaigns using Facebook, Google Ads, BING ads, LinkedIN, Taboola/Outbrain, Quora, etc.
  • Implementing email sequences to follow up with leads generated through online campaigns.
  • Working with ownership to develop strategies and reporting for individual clients.
  • Planning, setting and organizing meeting dates and locations for up to six (6) separate attendees.
  • Working with in-house and outsourced dev partners to get online content or web enhancements or tracking pixels implemented as needed.
  • Collaborating with 3rd party display providers on campaigns and performance initiatives.
  • Reviewing creative assets for accuracy and functionality, including website pages.
  • Support admin and account teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Apps (Gmail, Google Slides, Google Docs).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel / Word) & PowerPoint.
  • Functioning laptop, available internet connectivity and reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience with online advertising and lead generation.
  • Ability to work expediently and independently.

Preferences:

  • Previous advertising or marketing agency experience.
  • Experience working with Zapier and creating connections.
  • Experience working with WordPress as a CMS.
  • Knowledge of CRM capabilities and integrations (SalesForce, Sugar, Hubspot, InfusonSoft, etc).

Extra-Bonus Credit:

  • Experience working directly with developers on website initiatives.

Facebook Ads / YouTube Ads Specialist

Do you have experience generating ROI from Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads and LinkedIn Ads – maybe even a little experience with 3rd party display partners? Do you have a background with lead generation and performance marketing in general? If yes and you want something flexible that fits your life and schedule, read on! (Note: must be local to the Kansas City market).

This role is client facing. You will sometimes communicate (and possibly meet with clients local to the KC metro). 80% of this role will be remote – no need for a commute or grinding a 9 to 5. This could be a side hustle or moonlight gig for a current full timer working agency side.

Here’s what some of the responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and managing Facebook/Instagram Ad campaigns – targeting, custom audiences, retargeting, etc.
  • Using YouTube Ads and the Google Display Network to target key prospects across various industries.
  • Using LinkedIn, Quora and other 3rd party display partners to further generate leads, inquiries and interest.
  • Managing to revenue or CPL/CPI goals, working independently and staying on top of industry best practices.

*This is NOT a role for someone with a community management or Facebook/Instagram channel management background, or if you’ve simply boosted posts to current page likes. Requires a performance background.*

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel / Word) & PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Google Apps (Gmail, Google Slides, Google Docs).
  • Functioning laptop, available internet connectivity and reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience with paid social and display outlets as outlined.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients (KC area only).

Preferences:

  • Track record of creating campaigns that work and create ROI.
  • Ability to help with the strategy behind any needed campaign changes.
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM integration or content marketing.

Extra-Bonus Credit:

  • Familiarity with Zapier integrations.
  • Background working with WordPress websites.
  • Experience creating and showcasing channel reporting.

The current target hours for this role are 15-20 per month. There is room to grow to 40+ pending performance and availability. This is an hourly contract position.
